Gary is a founding member and Managing Director of GreerWalker Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking arm of GreerWalker LLP, a 100 + person full-service accounting firm in Charlotte. In addition to his 20 years of experience as a merger and acquisitions and exit planning advisor, Gary offers clients the benefit of professional experience in business valuation, commercial banking and business consulting.

Gary has led significant engagements in a variety of industries. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, business valuation, and exit planning. His experience spans numerous industries across a wide range of verticals including industrial manufacturing and distribution, wholesale food products, business services, commercial transportation, logistics, healthcare, and consumer products.
