GreerWalker is thrilled to announce this year’s recipients of the GreerWalker Community Impact Fund grant program. After an extraordinary response and careful deliberation, four standout organizations have been chosen for their commitment to advancing education and economic mobility in the Charlotte and Greenville metro areas.
The selected organizations are Charlotte Family Housing, GenOne CLT, Wayfinders, and YouthBASE, each demonstrating innovative programs and a deep commitment to improving the communities they serve.
- Charlotte Family Housing empowers families experiencing homelessness to achieve long‑term stability through housing, support services, and pathways to economic independence.
- GenOne CLT supports first‑generation students from middle school through college by providing mentorship, resources, and guidance to ensure successful post‑secondary pathways.
- Wayfinders equips under-resourced youth with long‑term mentorship, summer learning opportunities, and year‑round support to help them thrive academically and personally.
- YouthBASE strengthens the academic and social‑emotional skills of early elementary students through targeted after‑school and summer programs designed to close achievement gaps.

We’re confident that our funding will make a profound and lasting impact.”
The GreerWalker Community Impact Fund was established to enhance education, foster economic mobility, and empower individuals and families to rise above their circumstances and build sustainable futures in the communities in which we live and work. The grant program is one of the ways the firm is investing in the future of the Charlotte and Greenville metro areas.

The GreerWalker Community Impact Fund will continue to seek out and support organizations that align with its mission. Applications for our next grant cycle will open on April 15, 2026.
