David D. Jones
David is a partner in GreerWalker’s tax practice. He has 15 years of experience in providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals and privately held businesses. David has a particular focus with manufacturing, distribution, and global services. He has served companies in a variety of other industries including real estate and service firms. His areas of expertise include international taxation, transfer pricing, expatriate services, like-kind exchanges, cost segregation, research and development credits, uniform capitalization, and energy incentives.
David strives to be more than just a tax advisor to his clients. He provides proactive advice on industry information that he obtains from continuing education classes, in discussions with clients in similar industries and by his active involvement in various trade associations. He has presented to various groups on the topics of international tax filing requirements, tax strategies for global businesses, like-kind exchange, and energy incentives.
