Kelly Zhang

Kelly joined GreerWalker in 2022 and is a manager in the firm’s tax practice. She specializes in inbound and outbound international taxation and advises middle-market multinational companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Kelly works closely with businesses and their owners on a wide range of U.S. and international tax matters, guiding clients through every stage of their U.S. operations, from market entry and entity structuring to ongoing expansion and cross-border tax planning. In addition to her international tax focus, she has extensive experience in multi-state tax compliance, as well as individual income tax planning for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Fluent in Mandarin, Kelly speaks, reads, and writes the language.
