GreerWalker Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking affiliate of GreerWalker LLP, is pleased to announce that it served as M&A advisor to Charlotte-based ARC International (“ARC”) on its sale to Precision Roll Solutions, LLC (“PRS”), a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners. Founded in 1984, ARC has become an expert in providing innovative engraving solutions for the corrugated packaging sector. The transaction closed in December 2024.
