Brad Loman

Brad joined GreerWalker LLP in 2011 and is currently the Partner-in-Charge of our tax practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a manager at a big four accounting firm where he worked for over five years. Brad has focused the majority of his career serving clients with complex partnership and corporate structures primarily focused in real estate, financial services, and private equity.

Brad focuses on providing practical, high value solutions for his clients. He regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and structuring tax-efficient transactions. Serving a diverse client base has provided Brad with invaluable experience in dealing with the complex tax issues faced by companies and their owners.
