John Norman is a Tax Partner and serves as the Managing Partner of GreerWalker LLP. He has more than 25 years of experience in tax and business advisory services with a strong focus on domestic corporate as well as international tax issues. He provides tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a wide range of clients. John has significant expertise in entity selection and structure, ownership changes, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing.

John is also Managing Director of GreerWalker LLP’s exit planning and investment bank affiliate, GreerWalker Corporate Finance, LLC. John started his career as a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before he joined GreerWalker in 1993.
