Neil is a senior tax manager at GreerWalker. He joined the firm in 2018 and has nearly ten years of tax experience. He focuses on domestic and international tax issues for corporations and their owners. Neil serves clients primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industry. He has planning and compliance experience involving various organizational structures including private equity investment. He also provides financial reporting services which includes ASC 740 tax provisions.

Neil works to provide superior client services with his expertise in corporate taxation, state and local tax planning, and accounting for income taxes. He strives to provide solutions for his clients’ complex tax and accounting issues.

Prior to joining GreerWalker, Neil started his career with KPMG then spent several years with a large regional accounting firm.
